Where we actually are, and where we hire remotely
Our two physical locations
New Capital Link operates from two real, physical bases. Our head office sits at 5 Rayleigh Road, Shenfield, in Chelmsford, Essex — home to the bulk of our operations, administration, client relationship and analyst roles. We also maintain a presence in the City of London, used for client-facing meetings and for consultant roles that benefit from being close to the capital. If you're looking for an office-based role, these are the two places you'll actually be working from.
Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol & Edinburgh
We do not currently have a New Capital Link office in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol or Edinburgh. What we do offer across each of these regions is genuine hybrid and remote opportunity — primarily through our Alternative Investment Introducer path, which is built to be worked from wherever you're based. If you search for investment jobs in one of these cities, you'll find remote and regional roles for candidates based in or near that area, supported closely by our Chelmsford and London teams, rather than a local branch.

Office-based or remote — which fits you best?
If you'd prefer an office environment, our Chelmsford head office gives you a base to grow from, working alongside the operations, administration and analyst teams who keep the business running day to day, with our London presence adding a client-facing dimension for consultant-level roles. It suits people who want structure, in-person collaboration and, if you're already Essex or London-based, a manageable commute.
If flexibility matters more, our remote and regional roles — open to candidates in and around Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and Edinburgh — are designed for people who want a genuine career in alternative investment introduction without relocating. You'll be supported closely by our Chelmsford and London teams by phone and video call while building your own client base in your own region.
