How remote working with New Capital Link actually works
Working remotely for New Capital Link means you're based at home in Birmingham (or wherever in the Midlands suits you), not at a branch office, with your day built around client calls, meetings and follow-up rather than a commute. You'll be equipped and supported to work independently while staying in regular contact with your colleagues in Essex and London — by phone, video call and the same communication channels the office-based team uses.
You'll have access to the same product knowledge, provider relationships and management support as anyone working from our Chelmsford head office, and the same expectations around compliance, client care and professionalism. Some roles include occasional travel to Essex or London for team meetings, training or events, so it helps to be comfortable with the odd trip down, but the day-to-day work is genuinely home-based.
