New Capital Link is led by two people, not a boardroom of strangers. CEO & Co-Founder Rachel Buscall and Office Manager Georgina Rigby have built a business where ambition and genuine care for people sit side by side — and where every new hire gets to know them both.

Rachel Buscall
Rachel began her career in financial services, where she built a solid grounding in structured finance and core investment principles. She later stepped away from the corporate world to found and run a successful tearoom business in Chelmsford, picking up hands-on experience in cash-flow management, day-to-day operations and business development along the way.
In 2020, she brought those two worlds together, founding New Capital Link to address gaps she'd identified in how sophisticated investors were able to access genuine alternative investment opportunities. As CEO, she oversees the firm's strategic direction and investor relations, with particular expertise spanning venture capital deals, asset-backed securities, property bonds and loan notes.
Rachel's leadership has been recognised across the industry: under her, New Capital Link has been named Alternative Investment Provider of the Year on two occasions, Best Boutique Alternative Investment Firm 2024/2025, and a winner at the Private Equity and Venture Capital Awards 2024.

Georgina Rigby
Georgina oversees the charitable initiatives of the New Capital Link Foundation, a central part of the company's social-impact strategy. It's a role that suits her well: she's responsible for identifying causes that genuinely matter and putting the practical support behind them in place.
Before joining New Capital Link, she spent several years working in social care, supporting people recovering from addiction as they worked to rebuild their lives. That experience left her with a lasting, deeply personal passion for charitable work and community support.
Today, Georgina draws on that background every day — shaping the Foundation's work and identifying effective support strategies, while also keeping the wider office running smoothly as New Capital Link continues to grow.
