Our head office is in Chelmsford, Essex, with a further presence in London, and it's from there that our core leadership, operations and support teams work. But many of our client-facing roles — Alternative Investment Introducer positions in particular — are built from the ground up to be worked remotely. That means a Manchester-based introducer manages their own regional client base, meets investors across Greater Manchester and the North West in person as needed, and handles the day-to-day of the role from wherever suits them, while staying fully plugged into the same training, tools and support as anyone working from our Essex base.
